The Greater Good is a documentary film production funded by Commitment Against Racism in Arizona. The focus of the film is a conversation with Mayo Clinic colleagues who had varying experiences personally and professionally around racism. Their authentic testimonials reflect the voices of allied health staff, learners, physicians, and leaders. The film is ultimately hopeful that the greater good will prevail.

Target Audience

This activity is appropriate for all Mayo Clinic personnel.

Learning Objectives

  • Recognize manifestations of racism within healthcare settings.
  • Recognize personal attitudes and assumptions regarding race and ethnicity.
  • Identify tangible ways to create and evolve a culture of inclusion.
