This is an online course designed to provide general pediatricians, pediatric sub specialists, family physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses and resident physicians with the most current information on a variety of medical and surgical conditions affecting children and adolescents. Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and healthcare providers who provide preventive, acute and chronic disease-based care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults need an interdisciplinary update. This course updates the most recent strategies for providing timely and effective evidence-based diagnosis and management plans for many areas including cardiac, neurological, dermatological conditions, and sleep and mental health disorders for pediatric and adolescent health.

Mayo Clinic’s Microvascular Surgery Skills Training Course is a five-day program focused on skill development in the use of microvascular surgical techniques. Limited to four attendees per session, the course allows each attendee to receive extensive, individualized training. The instruction incorporates demonstrations, microvascular skills practice and detailed handouts. Attendees will work with the course instructor to schedule a week that is both convenient and well-suited to individual skills.

This program will be a webinar for physicians, nursing and social work to review clinical implications for Advance Care Planning and Practical Things to be aware of such as consults, billing and referrals for document completion. It will include the Advance Directive mandate/law that requires the hospital to promote Advance Directives.
