The annual Mayo Clinic Quality Conference serves as a celebration among Mayo Clinic colleagues to share stories and examples of process improvements that positively influence outcomes in patient safety, service, experience and equity for patients and staff alike. The goal of the conference is thus to educate, inspire, and galvanize staff to engage in quality activities that improve the value provided to our patients.
Abstract Submission Now Open!
This year, there will be one call for abstract submissions. One panel will review all submitted abstracts for all site-based conferences. The top scoring submissions will be considered for an oral presentation at one of the conferences.
Complete the abstract entry form to submit a poster abstract for consideration. Deadlines for abstract submissions are:
- Upper Midwest: Submissions due May 17, 2024.
- Arizona: Submissions due July 9, 2024.
- Florida: Submissions due August 13, 2024.
